Senior Associate, Netherlands

As a Senior Associate at BCG, you will work in cross-functional teams to tackle client challenges and drive transformation. You will analyze data, form hypotheses, and translate insights into actionable recommendations while communicating results to stakeholders. You’ll lead independent workstreams and contribute to overall project success, with growth through training, coaching, and mentorship. • Bachelor's and Master's degree required
• 2 years of relevant work experience OR a completed PhD
• Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving
• Critical thinking to evaluate information and develop innovative solutions
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments with various projects
• Excellent verbal and written English and local language proficiency is an advantage
